Patio Lanterns' HotBar Browser Skin Ring!

Welcome to the NEW HotBar Skin Ring.

If you have a Skin Center on your site, or just a few HotBar skins that you want people to look at, this is the ring for you. I would like people who have original skins on their site, rather than multi-listed skins, or skin centers that use a third party (i.e. subportal, ezthemes, etc.).

This skin ring is for low (or high) traffic sites with original skins only!

There are 3 very important differences with this ring!

The first will be an alternating featured site button that will be displayed in the fragment, you may submit a button when joining, the requirements are that the button be 88 X 31 and less than 10kb in size. Your button will be displayed equally with all the sites.

Secondly, there is a Top Sites button for the sites with the most displays and traffic.

Thirdly, and most importantly, you only have to enter one line of fragment code(as shown below), and you only have to add YOUR-ID where stated. I have been members of rings that would have you change your code every month or so, some even more. This is annoying to me, and all members. With this system in place, you just enter one line of code, and if any changes occur, they are shown immediately, without you having to change your codes!
